Hear, hear! Our beloved assistant Don Adriano Tessarollo was ordained bishop of Chioggia. The ordination took place in the cathedral of Vicenza, Sunday, June 7, 2009, at 16:00. The cathedral was full of people arrived from different corners of the Veneto and more! The ceremony was presided by the Bishop of Vicenza, Monsignor Nosiglia, attended by several bishops of the Northeast Italy, many priests and lay a huge crowd coming from his native country, from the various parishes where Fr Adrian has lived his ministry priests, but also by the diocese to which he was destinato.C Chioggia 'were also some of us, including our president. It 'was a very intense and heartfelt ceremony. Our emotion is combined with the palpable Don Adriano, who with such simplicity and depth began to show some brush on his new portrait. At the end of the ceremony was fun to watch to grips with the many people who tried to approach him and he with the immediacy that is typical has tried to accommodate. Even on an occasion like this arose his genuineness and warmth that we hope will always keep.
